Reseña del libro «Cómo hablar en público»
¡Hola a todos! Recientemente leí un libro titulado «Cómo hablar en público», hoy voy a hablaros de él.
¿De qué trata?
Este libro trata de ayudarnos para las situaciones en las que tengamos que estar delante de un grupo de personas realizando una presentación (la típica que se proyecta en la pared y nosotros la vamos comentando).
¿A quién va dirigido?
A toda persona que tenga a menudo o vaya teneer a situaciones como esta, es decir, de defender una presentación, por ejemplo estudiantes, profesores, defensores de ideas o proyectos, políticos, miembros de asociaciones etc.
A personas que suelan tener a menudo que afrontar este tipo de situaciones o que tengan en sus planes hacerlo y buscan recursos que les ayuden a mejorar en ello.
Contenido
Comienza ayudando a afrontar el pánico escénico, vergüenza, timidez etc. y reforzando en nosotros las cualidades y actitudes que ha de tener un buen orador.
Valora desde el lenguaje verbal, hasta lenguaje gestual, imagen, vestimenta o tonos de voz etc. Este es el apartado más extenso.
Finalmente tiene apartados dirigidos a la presentación en sí, dando incapié en que esta ha de hacer de fondo, lo importante es, según este libro, el orador, no la presentación realizada.
Mi opinión
Personalmente, creo que a mucha gente le puede venir bien este libro, en cualquier etapa de la vida. Y me incluyo, porque yo estoy realizando un proyecto en el que suelo realizar presentaciones y este libro me ha venido que ni pintado.
Independiente de lo que realice personalmente, lo recomiendo a toda persona que, por diferentes motivos, tiene que exponer algo, a nivel escolar, laboral, personal etc. y quiere obtener recursos para hacerlo en óptimas condiciones. Está genial, lo recomiendo totalmente a la gente que considere que le puede ser de utilidad.
