¡Hola a todos y feliz año nuevo! Recientemente empezó el 2019, así como la necesidad para mí de tirar ciertas agendas y adquirir otras nuevas. Durante este mes, os voy a informar las agendas que voy a ir utilizando este año, al menos por ahora.
Esta organización puede cambiar, no tengo una fija, aparecen campos en mi vida y se cierran otros. Posteriormente os explicaré a fondo cómo me planifico con estas agendas y otros recursos.
En este primer post de esta sección, os informaré de la agenda que utilizo para compaginar todo y la llamo «Agenda compaginadora». Además, viene con un descargable gratuito. así que lean hasta el final.
La podemos llamar agenda, pero a su vez ejerce de planificador diario y de base para las demás agendas. Es de Mr Wonderful, viene en un archivador con páginas para planficar mensualmente, semanalmente, listas y pegatinas.
Le incorporé varias páginas que compré de Finocam (que son a día página, con un planning), así como hojas en blanco con rallas para esta archivador que compré en la tienda Tiger y un conjunto que me costó 1€, (con planificadores mensuales, semanales, diarios, de ideas y contactos sin numeración). Todas estas páginas son aptas para este archivador y están introducidas en él. Os dejo los enlaces de dos de ellos de Amazon:

El orden que tengo en esta agenda es el siguiente:
- Páginas en blanco de Tiger, notas adhesivas y pegatinas.
- Portada y primeras páginas de Mr Wonderful
- Calendarios anuales de Mr Wonderful y Finocam
- Planning desplegable 2018 y 2019 de Finocam
- Planificación anual fija (Finocam)
- Horario (Finocam)
- Listas y notas (Mr Wonderful)
- Portada de mes de Enero (Mr Wonderful)
- Calendario mensual (Mr Wonderful)
- Hojas a semana vista (Mr Wonderful): esta sección la utilizo yo para tareas del hogar y las separo en mañana, tarde y noche
- Hojas día página de Finocam: van dividas en horas y aquí realmente planifico cada día la noche anterior por horas
- Y páginas de la agenda más económica para usarla en casos puntuales de complemento
Lo que hago con esta agenda es, cada noche, juntar lo de todas mis agendas para planificar el día siguiente (vida personal, aficiones, estudios y deberes, tareas de casa, páginas y blogs etc.) y lo clasifico por horas en las hojas del apartado 11. A su vez, utilizo una página de las de Tiger, para poner complementos, notas, to do lists etc. es un acompañamiento al otro. Estas dos hojas las llevo a todos los lugares.
Además, en las hojas del apartado 10 como he dicho, llevo mis tareas del hogar y los calendarios mensuales, los utilizo para ver todo el mes de golpe. Si tengo que hacer otro más específico (por ejemplo, para distribuir mi estudio), los hago con los de la agenda que es más económica.
Básicamente esta agenda es para mí, para compaginar todo lo que está en todas las demás sobre la marcha y lo hago así, porque me gusta llevarlo separado y clasificado cuando me planifico, pero a la hora de la acción, tenerlo todo junto.
Ahora sí, ha llegado el momento. Os dejo un calendario familiar, para que planifiquéis los planes de los miembros de la familia, poniendo los nombres arriba y poniendo abajo sus planes.
